Single storey terrace on an unusually deep plot – a rare find in Jelutong. The land runs 90 feet in length, giving you far more room than the standard terrace on this street. North-east facing, so the house stays out of the harsh afternoon sun. A park with a basketball court sits close by.
What I noticed walking through was how solid the bones are – the structure is sound and honest. It suits a family who wants space to grow and doesn’t mind a bit of tidying up. Being straight with you: it needs a fresh coat of paint and there’s a minor wall leakage to sort out.
Why this home
Batu Lanchang and Jelutong wet markets 5 mins – fresh groceries sorted daily
Lotus 10 mins for the bigger grocery runs
Deep 90-foot plot gives room most terraces here can’t
North-east facing keeps the afternoon heat off
